Cupcake Baking!
Our good friend Deepa wanted to bake cupcakes and I was thrilled! As usual I am always looking for an excuse to bake/cook J She wanted to bake simple vanilla cupcakes with buttercream icing. She also wanted them to be eggless.
This is first time I was baking REAL cupcakes with butter, white sugar, APF, milk and an ICING!! Initially I was quite terrified but then I thought why not!! I decided to take it up as a challenge and make my first set of cupcakes 
Here are some photos of my less than perfect cupcakes. These eggless cupcakes are vanilla and chocolate with strawberry and chocolate butter cream icing! As you see I am not an expert at decorating but the cupcakes themselves turned out fabulous!
I will share the recipe with you all soon when I have the time to bake a new set and take proper photos but I could not wait until then to share my first attempt photos! Sorry for the blurred grainy photo and poor lighting.

Nothing more comforting that baking. Wish I could enjoy frosting more and that way could make my cup cakes more fancy looking!
