Papaya and Mango in Yogurt, with Dollop of Honey and a Touch of Mint!
‘Love Food Eat’ is 20 days old! I can hardly believe it as it is already such an important part of my life! It has 20 posts and is growing fast! I am happy to tell you all that it’s been featured on Foodgawker (2 photos) and TasteSpotting (7 photos) and for the first time had over 1000 clicks yesterday! I have had several wonderful food bloggers writing to me complimenting on my recipes and photography! Thank you all! As a new blogger I can’t ask for anything more
Here’s my 21st recipe, 21 days after I started this blog!
Another dessert for breakfast recipe! Again, this is not your regular sugary, greasy and heavy dessert I am talking about. This dessert is loaded with goodness and will leave you feeling light. I am just trying to make your mornings a little sweeter
There is nothing better than a cool of bowl of yogurt and fruit on a summer morning. With a little improvisation this simple breakfast is presented beautifully. I used a combination of Papaya and Mango which taste great together. Both orange yellow fruits complement each other and go very well with the creamy sweet yogurt. I used homemade yogurt but I think store bought (Greek) would work just fine. With honey used as a sweetener it gets healthier and mint ads a touch of green to the already perfect dish.
This is great to start your day with or to end your meal with! Simple yet good!

Papaya - goldmine of vitamins, minerals and fibre

tiny papaya scoop

One question – what kind os lighting are you using against your blackground ( I think its granite?) Is it natural lighting? I guess not?
Chinmayie May 29, 2011 5:36PM
Just natural light! There is nice big window in the kitchen which is the main source of light and background is black granite.

Thanks for visiting and glad to do the same. Love your clicks..they look so serene and natural. And most of the recipes fit my kind of cooking and meals…simple yet healthy. Best wishes.

Thanks Sanjeeta! That’s exactly the reason why I love your blog! I like how simple and healthy your recipes are… especially your bakes. I don’t really bake much (not a fan of sugar and butter!) and so far have really liked whatever I have tried from your blog

Hey Rachel! Thank you
I am right now at my mom’s place which is why I am posting everyday! Otherwise with a 2 year old I don’t think I will be able to post this often!
But yeah… I cook 3 different meals a day on most days so I will try hard on posting at least one of them! lol!
